SIERRA GLORY     Pastel   12x10

 Melting snow from the magnificent Sierra Mountains fill the rivers and streams throughout California's Central  Valley. This is truly God's  gift for all to care for and enjoy.

My painting   Golden Glow is on the lid of Sennelier's set of Plein Air Landscape Pastels.  Gustave Sennelier opened his art shop in 1887, making pastels for Degas, Monet, Picasso and others.  I am very honored to have my painting displayed on a set of pastels manufactured by this old and prestigious company.
